I believe the calls from a non profit has been set up to skirt the no call laws as they then pass on the phone number to a profit company so they can legitimately call. I get more than one call a week from this number with recorded message to press 1 to speak with a rep or 5 to be removed from their list. It is. They claim to be a non-profit thus don't have to comply with the no call list. Pressing 5 is to get off their call list. Pressing 5 only cuts off the phone connection. Pressing 1 gets a rep who takes your information , hangs up and shortly you get a call to set up an appointment.
